Attachment 4 - Past Performance Questionnaire Attachment 3 - QASP SOW Enclosure 1 - Positions and Posts Request for Proposal - HC1028-15-R-0008 SOW Enclosure 2 - Electronic Product List Attachment 2 - SOW Attachment 1 -Proposal Format Sheet Security Guard and Administrative Services for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Headquarters Complex (DHC) located at Fort George G. Meade, Maryland. This is a follow on requirement for security guard and administrative services. The initial contract for security guard and administrative services, for the newly constructed DISA headquarters, was awarded prior to the total completion of the project. The headquarters facility was beneficially occupied and completed in phases over an 18-month period. The current contractor is completing their fifth and final year of performance, ending in July 31, 2015. The contract was awarded as a firm-fixed-price contract.
