- Wage determination Attachment_1 for Statement of Work The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Wildlife Services Facility in Pocatello, ID is need of the following requirement: Firm Fixed Priced Janitorial Services for a base period of 12 months and 4 possible 12 month option periods. Location of Services USDA-APHIS-WS-PSD Pocatello Supply Depot 238 E. Dillon Street Pocatello, ID 83201 See Attachment_1 for Statement of Work The US Department of Labor Wage Determination 2005-2159, revision 16, dated 12/30/2014, for Pocatello, ID where the work will be performed Apply to this Service. See Attachment_2 Site Visits In accordance with FAR 52.237-1; offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. Site visits are at the discretion of the facility. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
