The Philadelphia VA Medical Center, Philadelphia, PA, will be soliciting proposals from vendors to furnish the PITC, 5000 Wissahickon Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19144 for PM services for Emergency Standby Diesel Generator per SOW. The Base Year POP will be: Date of Award - 9/30/2015. We will also be requesting pricing for four (4) option years as stated in the SOW. The awarded contract will be a Fixed-Price type contract.
