- Description
- The 28 th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, SD intends to solicit, compete and award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the 432d Administrative Support Services. The period of performance on this contract is for a base year and may include four (4) one-year options as well as one (1) additional six-month extension. The acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR 12 and 13 simplified acquisition procedures. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number FA4690-15-T-0005 and all related attachments will be posted in Federal Business Opportunities (FBO), website, http://www.fedbizopps.gov, on or about 27 Mar 2015. This is a 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541611. If you are claiming status of small business under this NAICS, the Small Business size standard is $15 million. Description of services: The contractor shall provide flying operations support for the 432 Attack Squadron (ATKS), Ellsworth AFB, SD to include producing a Reaper operations schedule to cover 24/7 365 days a year mission coverage, ensuring aircrews are qualified to fly tasked operations, 432 ATKS airmen are prepared and processed for deployments/re-deployments, personnel have the proper security clearance to perform the mission, and unit program coordinator support. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained within the solicitation package. Once the solicitation is posted, it is imperative that interested parties review the website frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Contractor's submitting a proposal must have a Cage Code and be registered in the System of Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number from Dunn & Bradstreet.
