Description
NOTICE OF INTENT TO USE OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Maitland, FL that will be expiring June 30, 2015. The Government intends to negotiate a renewal for 34,804 ANSI BOMA Office Area (ABOA) square feet based on economic, mission, and other factors. The Government will consider alternative space only if economical and other factors are supportive. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative spaces that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, costs likely to be incurred through relocating such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, non-productive agency downtime, occupancy schedule, and quality of space. State: Florida City: Maitland Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 34,804 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 34,804 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 148 Parking Spaces (Surface): 148 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 36 Months Firm Term: 0 Months Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: None Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Space must be available for occupancy by July 1, 2015.
