Description
This IDIQ is entitled "Youth Power: Implementation," and the Task Order is entitled "Task Order 1" under the aforementioned IDIQ. The objective of the Youth Power: Implementation project is to strengthen local, national, and global youth systems to achieve sustainable, positive youth outcomes in health, education, and political and economic empowerment and to increase youth engagement in development efforts. The statement of work defines youth as those aged 10-29. This project's focus on strengthening youth systems across many sectors using state-of the-art positive youth development principles is highly anticipated by missions and USAID cooperating countries as these will be the first USAID contracts issued with capacity to bring promising practices in cross-sectoral youth development to scale. The Bureau of Global Health is the lead for the procurement of YouthPower and E3 and DCHA are USAID partner bureaus. This solicitation includes the Youth Power: Implementation Task Order 1 as well. This TO will have a separate FBO synopsis when awarded. This solicitation also includes the Youth Power: Evidence and Evaluation (E&E) IDIQ and Task Order 1. A combined solicitation was issued for the two Youth Power requirements due to the complimentary activities. An FBO synopsis will be posted when the Youth Power: E&E IDIQ and Task Order 1 are awarded.
