- ************************* The Pre-proposal Conference will be held at Keesler AFB, MS on February 25, 2015. The Site Visits will be held on February 26-27, 2015. Offerors who plan to attend the Pre-proposal Conference and/or Site Visits shall submit a registration request to the Contracting Officer no later than 5:00 PM ET on February 17, 2015. The requests must include the following information for each individual planning to attend: Name (first, middle, last), Date of Birth, Driver's License Number and State/Province of Issue, Company Name, and each utility you want to visit. ************************* Directions to Keesler AFB: From I10 (east or west); take Interstate 110 south. Exit 110 onto Hwy 90 Westbound. At the second traffic light (White Ave.) turn right. Keesler AFB's main gate (3) is straight ahead. The information provided by each attendee has been provided to the base gate attendants. Do not go to the visitor's center. When passing through the gate tell the security guard you are on the list for the Utilities Privatization Pre-proposal Conference and Site Visit. They are going to check the list and compare your IDs to the information provided. From White Avenue entrance, continue straight until the first stoplight, turn right onto L Street, continue to the end and take another right onto 5th Street, continue and take another right on M Street and it is the last building on the left across from some dorms. Entrance will be in the middle of the building. There is adequate parking there in front of the building. The Pre-proposal Conference will be held in building 4605, conference room 1-3 and is located at 310 M Street, Keesler AFB MS. The parking lot outside of building 4605 will be the meeting point for the Site Visits on February 26 and 27 and transportation will be provided from that location. ************************* Technical Library There have been technical difficulties in posting the entire Technical Library to FBO. Copies of the Technical Library will be provided at the Pre-proposal Conference.
