Description
GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Texas City: Houston Delineated Area: North - Interstate 10 South - Highway 6 to McHard Road along Clear Creek to Highway 288 East - Clear Creek on Highway 288 to Highway 59 to Interstate 10 West - Highway 6 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 34,979 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 34,979 Space Type: Office/Laboratory Parking Spaces (Total): 82 Parking Spaces (Surface): 82 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 5 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: A. The space is required in a single story building which will permit single user occupancy. B. If the facility offered for lease consists of more than one building, the buildings shall be connected by an enclosed lighted, heated, and air conditioned corridor(s). Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Houston, TX that will be expiring on June 30, 2015. This is a notice of intent for sources sought to provide adequate transparency to the market. The Government will only consider alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
