- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number RFQ-KS-15-00010 is applicable and is issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53. The requirement is a Small Business (SB) set-aside under NAICS code 325998, All Other Miscellaneous Chemical Product and Preparation Manufacturing a SB threshold of 500 employees. The description of the commercial service is to provide Laboratory gasses for EPA Region 10 Laboratory. Quotes shall be structured in accordance with the attached Pricing Schedule that shall be submitted. Award will be made to the lowest priced quote. The Contracting Officer is not responsible for locating or obtaining any information not identified in the quote. Quotes must be emailed and are due by 02/26/2015 at 13:00 pm Central Time. Provision 52.212-3 and its ALT I, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, is applicable to this acquisition. Offerors should have a completed Reps and Certs available within Sam.gov. The clauses within the attached document SAP Clause List also apply.
