- DO NOT CONTACT POSTER M.RODRIGUEZ-GIST FOR ANY INFORMATION CONTACT:John McFadden, john.a.mcfadden@us.army.mil, 443-395-1241 The US Army CECOM Life Cycle Management Center, APG, MD 21005, is seeking sources for the manufacture of the AN/ARN-147 VOR/ILS, AN/ARN-149 Automatic Direction Finder, and AN/ARN-153 Advanced Digital TACAN assemblies. VOR/ILS/MB Radio Receiver Set, AN/ARN-147 consists of: Control, C-12550 NSN: 5826-01-444-0317 P/N: 522-4408-013 Receiver, R-2594 NSN: 5826-01-444-0314 P/N: 622-6376-020 Low Frequency Automatic Direction Finder Set, AN/ARN-149 consists of: Receiver, R-2681/A NSN: 5626-01-600-6180 P/N: 622-6812-102 Advanced Digital TACAN, AN/ARN-153 consists of: Receiver-Transmitter, RT-1625 NSN: 5826-01-386-8807 P/N: 622-8149-001 The current source for these components is Rockwell-Collins, Inc., Cage 13499. A complete technical data package defining the manufacture and acceptance of these items are not available from the Army. Suppliers capable of manufacturing or furnishing the items must so indicate, by writing to Product Realization Directorate, ATTN: RDER-PRD-AB (McFadden), 6007 Combat Drive, F3-140-64, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005. The response must include documentation such as production records, copy of orders if the supplier was a vendor to the listed source or a statement from listed source that the supplier can in fact manufacture these items. Successful supplier may be required to warrant that items will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army.
