Description

Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Affairs medical Center (VAMC) -Indianapolis VA Medical Center, is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price contract for an exterior window washing service contract located at the VA Richard L. Roudebush, Indianapolis VA Medical Center, EMS located at 1481 West 10th Street, Indianapolis IN 46202. NAICS Code 561790. The proposed solicitation is for establishment of a semi-annual full service exterior window washing service in accordance with all applicable EPA, IDEM, DOT, OSHA and any other state and federal guidelines for exterior window washing. Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, management support, transportation, supplies, equipment, licenses, chemicals and materials necessary for the accomplishment of complete semi-annual exterior window washing service. Estimated solicitation date is on or around February 24, 2015 with an estimated award date of April 01, 2015. The intended contract base period is anticipated to be 1 base year with four 1-year options for the period Date of Award through March 31, 2016 with four (4) one (1) year options, in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions and provisions of the contract solicitations are due no later than 1:00 PM (EST) on March 05, 2015.
