- SOW for H-25 trailers Title: Manufacture towable skeleton trailers Description(s): This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) (HSCG38-15-Q-400037) incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-71. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 332999 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. This is a Small Business Set Aside. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order for (4) four towable skeleton trailers as listed in Scope of Work. The USCG intends to award to open market. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The contract will be awarded as a firm fixed price purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. Scope of work (attachment) ****Questions will be accepted until 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday, 09 March 2015. Questions shall be in writing and sent via e-mail to: garth.c.gobbell@uscg.mil. Questions or discussions with other contractors and other government personnel may render a quote invalid. Quote Requirements: Quotes must include unit and extended prices for all line items, estimated time, and Discount Terms, if applicable. All quotes are due no later than 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time, Friday, 13 March 2015. Quotes may be e-mailed to garth.c.gobbell@uscg.mil. This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines. Registration information can be found at www.sam.gov All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. Contractors must have valid Cage Codes and DUNS Numbers, and be registered in the SAM database. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. No late quotes will be accepted.
