Description

This is a COMBINE SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION as defined in FAR 15.201(e). This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 16, MICHAEL E. DEBAKEY VA Medical Center in HOUSTON, TEXAS has a requirement for SEALANT, SURGICAL, FLOSEAL, HUMAN THROMBIN/CALCIUM CHLORIDE, 10ML KIT. This is a Sources Sought Notice for information and planning purposes and shall not be construed as an obligation on the part of the Department of Veterans Affairs. The purpose of this sources sought is to identify qualified businesses, including Service-Disabled Veteran-owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran-owned Small Business (VOSB), Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), Women-owned Small Business (WOSB), Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUB Zone) Small Business, 8(a) Small Business, and small business concerns that are interested in and capable of providing the items listed herein. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 339113 and the corresponding size standard is 500 Employees. Your response to this sources sought will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The items must be compatible with Veterans Affairs standards.
