- The USDA, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Veterinary Services (VS) intends to purchase Ivermectin Pour-on Solution using commercial and simplified acquisition procedures. Ivermectin is the only FDA approved treatment to eradicate fever ticks on deer. This procurement will be full and open in accordance with FAR Part 19.102(f) with no applicable waiver. NAICS: 325412. The proposed contract will be a five (5) year fixed price IDIQ contract. Solicitation number AG-6395-S-15-0064 will be posted on or about February 24, 2015.
