THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY - The Solicitation is not available at this time. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs has a future requirement for Nephrology Services (physician component only) at the Black Hills VA Health CARE System located in Fort Meade, SD. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 621111 (Offices of Physicians) (Size Standard: $11 million). The Government contemplates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from the future solicitation. Market research is being conducted to determine interest and technical capability of potential sources for this requirement. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary. The Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The proposed Performance Work Statement, Price Schedule, and Market Research Questionnaire will be available on or about February 24, 2015 and will be distributed solely through General Service Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation and/or amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information regarding this acquisition. Interested parties should download and complete the market research questionnaire. The response end date for the market research questionnaire is April 4, 2015. No collect calls will be accepted. No telephone request or written requests for the PWS will be accepted. All questions regarding the PWS may be submitted by emailing Contract Specialist Shea Colby @ shea.colby@va.gov. Email the completed market research questionnaire to shea.colby@va.gov. Please note: All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and have their representations and certifications completed.
