- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Provide a 72 volt 23 passenger cart the same as or similar to a Star EV BN72-23-AC-ADS-Extended Range that has 24 8 volt Trojan batteries. The 72 volt AC motor provides 12HP and has a 550 amp Curtis controller. The vehicle includes: 4 wheel hydraulic brake, parking brake, power steering, head lights, tail lights, brake lights, turn signals, fog lights, emergency lights, horn, reverse alarm, amp meter, voltmeter, speedometer, odometer, DOT Certified 430, AS1 windshield, windshield wiper, two side mirrors, 12 volt reducer for accessories, vehicle side LED lights, roof mounted dome lights, Stereo, CD, microphone P/A system, 4 speakers, Seat belts-four per row, and an automatic battery charger.
