Description

In accordance with Section 3.2.2.4 of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS), the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis for the FAA's decision to contract on a single source basis. The FAA intends to award a contract to Steven Carr and Associates, LLC of Hammonton, NJ, using single source procedures to provide NASQuest Database Tool Enhancements & Maintenance for the En Route and Oceanic Second Level Engineering Group. A minimum requirements document is attached. A competitive solicitation is not available for this procurement. If your firm does not agree with this single source determination, please provide evidence of your firm's capability and experience in providing the services required in accordance with the minimum requirements in the attached file, and the FAA will evaluate accordingly. All responses to this announcement must be sent to the Contracting Officer, Benjamin Tarr, via email by 1:00PM (EST), March 12, 2015. No phone calls.
