- The solicitation will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 15 using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Source Selection Process. A competitive 100% Small Business Set-Aside solicitation will be issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division (SWD), Fort Worth District (SWF). The solicitation will be posted on the FedBizOpps website at http://www.fbo.gov on or about 03 August 2015. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561210 - Facilities Support Services; Size Standard $38,500,000.00. The resulting contract will be a single award, Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Task Order contract, with one (1) base period and two (2) twelve-month option years. Estimated Contract Award date is: 1 Sept 2015 PROJECT INFORMATION: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary for non-personal services, as defined in the Performance Work Statement, to include, but not limited to: cleaning, temporary portable toilets, refuse disposal, mowing, pesticide application and minor maintenance services at four (4) Capital Regional Office Lakes: Belton Lake, Texas; Stillhouse Hollow Lake, Texas; Lake Georgetown, Texas; and Granger Lake, Texas. The total dollar value of the resultant contract will range between $5,000,000 - $10,000,000.
