- sow The synopsis is being posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov. Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a commercial open market basis installation and servicing of QTY.(1) 1500 liter liquid nitrogen (LN2) vessel to include monthly delivery of liquid nitrogen in accordance with attached statement of work for (5) years total (1 base year & 4 option years). The desired CLIN structure is; CLIN 0001 QTY. 1 EA 1500 Liter liquid nitrogen vessel CLIN 0002 QTY. 1 LOT Installation & connection of 1500 Liter liquid nitrogen vessel per SOW CLIN 0003 QTY. 1 LOT Monthly Delivery of LN2 per SOW Base Year CLIN 0004 QTY. 1 LOT Monthly Delivery of LN2 per SOW Option Year 1 CLIN 0005 QTY. 1 LOT Monthly Delivery of LN2 per SOW Option Year 2 CLIN 0006 QTY. 1 LOT Monthly Delivery of LN2 per SOW Option Year 3 CLIN 0007 QTY. 1 LOT Monthly Delivery of LN2 per SOW Option Year 4 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 13 as a firm fixed price order. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY REQUEST FOR QUOTATION, AS ALL ITEMS ARE SPECIFIFED UNDER THIS NOTICE AND A WRITTEN SOLICIATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. DFAR 252.232-7003 (Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports) is applicable to this purchase. Pricing should be FOB Destination to Naval Surface Warfare Center, 6220 Tisdale Road, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on registration in SAM by calling 866-606-8220, or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov. Quote is due 11 March 2015, no later than 12 Noon (local NSWCDD time) with an anticipated award date by 15 April 2015.
