Description

The United States Coast Guard intends to award, on a sole source basis, a contract under the statutory authority permitting Other Than Full and Open Competition, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The anticipated contract will be awarded to Rolls Royce Corporation Inc. The Contractor shall provide four training courses annually to CG personnel. Each course shall be composed of approximately 5 CG students. This effort requires the Contractor to make seats available in Organizational Level (O-Level) and line maintenance training courses for the Rolls Royce AE2100D2 engine. The anticipated period of performance will be for a period of one base year with 4 follow-on option years to commence at award. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations.
