- Place of Performance: This MATOC IDIQ is used within the Sacramento District Civil and Military Works Boundaries (primarily at Presidio of Monterey, Fort Hunter Liggett, Camp Parks, and Camp Roberts) - and to include all of the South Pacific Division. DESCRIPTION: This is a pre-solicitation notice for an acquisition to proceed as a 8(a) competitive set-aside Request for Proposal (RFP). Project Description: This Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract will be a Design-Build General Construction Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for future construction/alteration/repair requirements. This MATOC will primarily support Presidio of Monterey, Fort Hunter Liggett, Camp Parks, and Camp Roberts, but can be used throughout the USACE South Pacific Division. The estimated cost range per task orders will generally be between $1 million to $4 million, but on occasion there may be a need for a task order to be less than $1M or more than $4M. The aggregate not-to-exceed value amount for this MATOC is $45 million. The possible period of performance is five years. This Procurement will be conducted under FSC Code Y1JZ, NAICS Code: 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The size standard for this NAICS code is $36,500,000. The RFP solicitation is anticipated to be posted on or about Friday, 27 February 2015. The site visit/pre-proposal conference date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation. OFFERORS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.
