Description
Attachment 10 to RFP Attachment 9 to RFP Attachment 8 to RFP Attachment 7 to RFP Attachments 2-6 to RFP Attachment 1 to RFP RFP USCIS is soliciting open-market/unrestricted for the following: DMD requires an integrated card solution that is configurable for various immigration benefits including the current Permanent Resident Card (PRC) and Employment Authorization Document (EAD) cards. These cards shall represent an integrated design solution utilizing polycarbonate card stock with Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) and embedded holographic images. The requirement also includes card design services, secure storage for manufactured card stock, and related technical support services. The card stock will be highly secure, tamper-resistant and difficult to counterfeit and will meet all applicable International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards, which will be listed in the Statement of Work (SOW). Card consumables will be used to produce secure identification documents which serve as proof of adjudicated benefits or immigrant status, and may allow entry into the United States in accordance with the Immigration and Nationality Act. USCIS intends for the solicitation to result in a firm-fixed price, IDIQ contract with a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods.
