The South Bronx Job Corps Academy is a federally funded residential training facility for youth between the ages of 16 and 24. The program operates year round with 225 trainees living on and off the premises during their enrollment. The Academy is operated for the United States Department of Labor by ResCare, Inc. SCOPE OF WORK  Provide Compactor System  Provide 30 cubic yard open top roll off dumpster  Dumpsters/ Waste must be picked up once (1x) a week (Specify Day in Proposal)  All pickups and drop offs must be between 7AM and 4PM  There must be 24 hour response time for all pick up and drop off for additional containers as needed *Dumpsters will be utilized for waste and bulk debris **Please provide proposal for cost of waste/debris removal per ton and equipment if any ***List any Exclusions of services related to this request. Period of Performance: PERFORMANCE PERIOD: This agreement shall be in effect from April 1, 2015 to March 31, 2016. Successive renewal of this contract may be made subsequent to an option year to March 31,2017 following the first year of services. Additional work may be requested from time to time, which shall be authorized by written change to the resultant agreement. ALL CONTRACT ACTIONS ARE SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF LABOR IN ACCORDANCE WITH FEDERAL REGULATORY PROCEDURES AND MANDATES OF THE FEDERAL REGISTER. THIS IS NOT AN OPPORTUNITY TO CONTRACT WITH THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF LABOR.
