Because of the volitality of copper prices, the government intends to include an EPA in the solicitation / award to reduce some of the price uncertainty resulting from fluctuating copper prices. Small Businesses who respond should indicate any and all SBA socio economic designator they may hold such as HubZone, Woman Owned, 8a, etc. To conclude, the government is potentially looking to solicit a 5 year IDIQ contract for the three categories of cable listed above.
