The purpose of this competition is to establish an alternative source pursuant to the authority at FAR 6.202 and DFARS 206.2, exclusive of The Boeing Company. Draft Request for Proposal The Government invites written industry feedback in the form of questions/comments regarding the Draft RFP and associated documentation. It is requested that questions and comments be submitted no later than 12:00 p.m. EST on 12 March 2015; however, the Government appreciates earlier written submittals. Details on gaining access to the technical library can be found under Section L of the Draft RFP.
