Description: This is for the 45-day Regular Overhaul and Dry-Docking of the USNS ROBERT E PEARY T-AKE 5 at the contractor's facility on the East Coast/Gulf Coast. a. National Stock Number (NSN) if assigned: N/A b. Specification and whether an offeror, its product, or service must meet qualification requirement in order to be eligible for award, and identification of the office from which additional information about the qualification requirement may be obtained (see FAR Subpart 9.2): The successful offeror must possess a Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or an Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) or have submitted an application for approval prior to contract award. c. Manufacturer, including part number, drawing number, etc: Work Items and references will be provided upon receipt if the required Non-disclosure Agreement after the Solicitation is issued. d. Duration of the contract period: Period of Performance 45 days commencing on or about 12 July 2015. k. Sustainable acquisition requirements (See Far Parts 23 and 36) l. If action is >$25,000 but ≤SAT, provide: i) A The Government will evaluate offers on a Low Price, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis in accordance with FAR 15.101-2. The technical factor and past performance factor will be evaluated on an acceptable/unacceptable basis. Technical tradeoffs will not be made and no additional credit will be given for exceeding the minimum requirements of the solicitation. Award will be made to the offeror with the lowest evaluated price proposal and acceptable past performance whose offer conforms fully to the solicitation requirements and meets the acceptability standards for all non-price factors. In order to be eligible for award, an offer must receive an acceptable rating in every non-price factor., FAR part); and ii) The anticipated award date: 28 May 2015 m.
