- This notice serves as a pre-solicitation. The solicitation, W912DR-15-T-0049, will be issued for janitorial services and is a 100% set-aside for Small Businesses, NAICS 561720 size standard of $18.0M. The project has an anticipated performance period of 365 days from date of award with one option period of 12 months. Interested parties must register in System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be awarded a contract. To register you will need your DUNS number. https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Instructions for registering are on the website. Contractor shall be required to perform all work described. Places of performance are as follows... 1.Allentown, PA (American Plaza) 2. Bethlehem, PA 3. Easton, PA 4. Hazleton, PA 5. Pittston, PA 6. Scranton, PA 7. Stroudsburg, PA 8. Walnutport, PA 9. Wilkes-Barre, PA 10. Wyomissing, PA 11. Allentown, PA (Tilghman Square) The contractor shall provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, transportation and other items necessary to perform janitorial services per the Performance Work Schedule. Janitorial service applies to all designated spaces, including, but not limited to, halls, restrooms, offices, work areas, entranceways, lobbies, common areas, test room areas and storage room areas. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge on or about Monday, March 2, 2015, to all authenticated account holders at Federal Business Opportunities - FEDBIZOPPS - https://www.fbo.gov.
