- Description
- This project will consist of the contractor provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to remove and replace existing single ply roof as indicated on attached sketch (A,B,C,D,E,) and locate and repair up to (4 sq.) of roofing on section (F) Building 987. Contractor shall install a new 3 ply SBS Modified with 20 year manufacture warranty. All work shall comply with the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) and (SMACNA) as per the Statement of Work.
