- VFD Quote Template WD 05-2063 (Rev.-15) PWS HVAC VFD Training This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation, RFQ F4D3D94309A001, shall serve as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-78 (Effective 26 Dec 2014) [FAR obtained from AFLCMC HIBB] and DFARS DPN 20150226 Edition (Effective 26 Feb 2015). (iv) This procurement provides for Full & Open Competition. The associated North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) is 611519, Other Technical and Trade Schools, and the applicable Small Business Size Standard is $15 million. (v-vi) The following non-personal service(s) are requested: CLIN Description Quantity Unit of Issue 0001 Variable Frequency Drive Training 2 Sessions The Contractor shall furnish all labor, travel related expenses, training materials, instructional equipment, supervision, and transportation necessary to provide specific HVAC Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) Training to 30th Civil Engineering personnel assigned to Vandenberg AFB, California IAW the Performance Work Statement (PWS). (vii) Period of Performance: 4 Days Total ( 2 Sessions of 2 Days) Place of Performance: Vandenberg AFB, CA 93437 (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and is incorporated by reference.
