Description

The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Philadelphia Contracting Office intends to acquire 90 each license renewals and upgrades for the following Cellebrite forensic software parts: 87 each for Part SWUFULT-1 UFED Touch Ultimate, 3 each for Part SWUF4PCULT-1 UFED 4PC Ultimate. The supplies for this requirement are exempt from compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. 794d), and the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board Electronic and Information Technology (EIT) Accessibility Standards (36 CFR Part 1194). This requirement is in support of the Navy Criminal Investigative Services, Quantico, VA. This procurement is a sole source acquisition with Cellebrite USA Corp. Parsippany, NJ under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, all proposals received within ten days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A firm fixed price contact will be awarded as a result of this quotation. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. Commercial type clauses in FAR Part 12 will be included in the RFQ, and a shorter solicitation period will be implemented per FAR 5.203(c). Central Contractor Registration is required for all vendors doing business with DOD and can be obtained at www.SAM.gov.
