The Period of Performance for Contract Award will be eleven (12) month. TRANSDUCER, SMALL PART NAICS: 811219/Size Standard: $20.5M Services shall be performed during the VA normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. through 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding Government holidays. Equipment located at Brooklyn Medical Center, 800 Poly Place, Brooklyn, NY 11209-7104. Toshiba America medical systems inc is the sole provider and since Toshiba has the proprietary right for all of these equipment. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award. Responses are due by March 18, 2015, 12:00 p.m. Responses shall be submitted via e-mail to Safa.Shleiwet@va.gov.
