- The proposed procurement is a total small business set aside, and thus competition is limited to bidders identified as a small business under NAICS is 236220/SIC 1542, with a size standard of $33,500,000.00. The magnitude of construction for this project will be between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Bonding will be required for this acquisition. Bidders attention is directed to Section 00 21 13 in the Solicitation for information regarding the tour of the site. Plans will be issued on or about 22 January 2015, with bids due on or about 22 February 2015. Bidders are advised that this requirement may be delayed, canceled, or revised at any time during the solicitation, or final award process, and is subject to the availability of funds. less than br / greater than less than br / greater than THE PROJECT consists of a new 1115 SM (12,000 SF) facility to support the various functions of the Readiness Center, utilities, site improvements, and sustainability measures. The facility should be compatible with applicable Department of Defense (DoD), Air Force, and Base design standards. In addition, local materials and construction techniques shall be used where cost effective. The project includes all utilities, pavements, site improvements, landscaping and all required facility support. This project will comply with DoD Antiterrorism/Force Protection requirements per the Unified Facility Criteria (UCF). less than br / greater than less than br / greater than THE PROJECT will be advertised as an Invitation to Bid. Proposed procurement will result in a firm-fixed price contract.
