DUE TO IMPENDING WINTER STORM, IF PHILADELPHIA SCHOOL SYSTEMS ARE CLOSED, THE PRE-BID MEETING IS RE-SCHEDULED FOR FRIDAY 3/6/15 THE SAME TIME. ALL OTHER INFORMATION REMAINS THE SAME This is a SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY with Management & Training Corporation (MTC), operator of the Philadelphia Job Corps Center for a Room Divider Wall. This solicitation is for Plumbing, Heating and Air-Conditioning Contractors under NAICS code 238220. This project is subject to Davis Bacon Act and Wage Decision (certified payroll applies). A pre-bid meeting will be conducted at the Philadelphia Job Corps Center located at 2810 South 20 th Street, Building #12, Administration, Philadelphia, PA 19145 on Thursday, March 5th, 2015 at 9:00am (EST). The project bid sheet and all required forms are due "complete" on Thursday, March 12 th, 2015 at 2:00pm (EST). Submit complete information to sandra.clore@mtctrains.com.
