- This announcement provides notification of the Department of Veterans Affairs intent to enter into a sole source purchase order for an "Emergency" procurement with the following vendor; Bartolome & Koepke Contract Co, Inc 8101 S 15 St. Suite D Lincoln, NE 68512 This service will take place immediately and last no longer than thirty days. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code for this service is 238330. Statement of work as seen below; 1.Contractor to provide all drying equipment and cords to adequately dry out all areas affected by the water in the Basement and on Floors 1-5 or the South Wing of Building 1 2.Contractor to provide all drying equipment and cords to adequately dry out all areas affected by the water on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors of Building 5. 3.Contractor to provide daily evaluations of drying operation, adjust fans as necessary and report to Lincoln Engineering progress that is being made or any areas that are not drying. 4.The Contractor will provide all labor, supplies, materials, and equipment to remove and replace any areas of walls that are deemed "Not Dryable". Repairs to include all patching of plaster, drywall, tile and painting to match existing. 5.Provide all materials, labor and supplies to install damaged or missing ceiling tile in all affected areas. Replace all carpet base board removed for drying. Repair, patch and paint all damaged drywall and or plaster. "Emergency" specifies a direct threat on the lives of patients, visitors or employee's exists at the Lincoln VA. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon the "Emergency" requirement listed above is for informational purposes only. Responses to this notice are can only be considered for future use and are solely within the discretion of the Government.
