- Responses to Questions Statement of Work- Revised This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. The Internal Revenue Service has a requirement for Office Move and Relocation services; this office move involves two locations and it will required multi-phased move coordination. The two locations are 77K St. NE, Washington, DC 20002 and 6009 Oxon Hill Rd. Oxon Hill, MD 20745. IRS is seeking for an experienced vendor local to the DC Metropolitan commuting area to provide moving relocation services for existing personnel and office equipment, document boxes, and office electronic equipment such as laptop computers, monitors, printers, fax machines and shredders currently located within 6009 Oxon Hill Rd. Oxon Hill, MD 20745 and 77K St. NE, Washington, DC 20002. The vendor will be required to identify and procure all product parts necessary to complete the relocation and move tasks. The selected vendor will also be required to provide comprehensive planning & move management, labor, supplies, packing material and equipment necessary to coordinate and execute each move phase efficiently with minimal disruption to government operations. Once the personnel and equipment moves are complete, the vendor will supply all labor, materials and transportation to dispose of all move related trash. This requirement is being procured using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This acquisition is 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS CODE is 484210- Used Household and Office Goods Moving. The small business size standard is $27.5 million. The Government contemplates to award a Firm Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. Request for Quotes (RFQ) number is TIRNO-15-Q-00058. Questions concerning this solicitation should be submitted in writing via email, within two days of the issuance date of this solicitation, to Mr. Julio Perdomo at e-mail address; julio.perdomo@irs.gov. Responsible contractors that can meet the requirements in this solicitation are welcome to respond with comprehensive quotes via email to Julio Perdomo at julio.perdomo@irs.gov by 9AM on March 18, 2015. The vendor shall be selected based on the lowest priced technically acceptable. Please refer to the attached Solicitation and Statement of Work (SOW). No phone calls will be accepted.
