- Description
- The Regional Contracting Office - Bogota has a requirement to repair and replace interior walls, ceilings, roof, windows, doors, floors, and other miscellaneous repairs for seven trailers, one laundry facility, and one operation office at La Macarena Base, Colombia. The contractor shall also provide furniture for the trailers, kitchen and office, drainage system for existing pole barn, install screen and two double screen doors for the gazebo and gym and complete other miscellaneous repairs and painting. The work shall include all material and labor. Project shall be completed within 120 calendar days from date of contract award. This project shall be accomplished in Colombia and all projects shall abide by Colombian laws. A complete and detailed description of the project will be included in the actual solicitation. Contract award will be conducted under the provisions of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 36, Construction and Architect Engineer Contracts. The prospective contractor MUST be registered in the System for Award Management. The solicitation is projected to be posted on ASFI/FBO nd the U.S. Embassy - Colombia contracting websites on 20 March 2015 or thereafter. It is the responsibility of the prospective offeror to monitor the website for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any) or other information pertaining to the solicitation.
