- NOTICE: This is a pre-solicitation notice for an upcoming acquisition of commercial floor mat replacement services utilizing the procedures of FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This notice synopsizing an upcoming competitive solicitation to satisfy the requirements of FAR 5.201 and 5.203. This notice is NOT a Request for Quotations (RFQ). Vendors should not submit quotations until the RFQ is posted to this website. This synopsis is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for the information resulting from this posting. SERVICES: Furnish all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment necessary to provide mat rental and cleaning for the Popular Bluff VAMC, Cape Girardeau Clinic, and the Cripple Creek Annex weekly on a one-for-one exchange basis. The addresses for these locations are: Poplar Bluff VAMC 1500 N. Westwood Blvd Poplar Bluff, MO. 63901 Cape Girardeau CBOC 3051 Williams, Cape Girardeau, MO 63703 Cripple Creek Annex 2959, 21965, & 2971 Kannell Blvd. Poplar Bluff, MO. 63901 ACQUISITION: The VA intends to release this as a competitive RFQ on or about the week of March 4, 2015. A single solicitation will be issued and a single award is anticipated. The procurement will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code for this requirement will be 812332 with a size standard of $20.5 Million. Any resultant contract will be effective for a Base Period of performance of one year, with four one-year Options to extend the contract at the Government's discretion. Unless additional notice is given or this notice is modified, the full RFQ will be posted to the Government-wide Point of Entry (www.fbo.gov). All future information regarding this acquisition including amendments will be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.
