Description

The Government issued sources sought notice N61340-15-T-0001 on 08 January 2015 with responses due on 15 January 2015. Only one source showed interest and a provided a response, Pacific Architects and Engineers (PAE). PAE is a large corporation and has existing management, administrative, logistic and an instructor team in place at EWTGPAC which supports other EWTGPAC training efforts in the same building as the Amphibious CIC Boat Control course. PAEs response affirms that they would utilize that existing infrastructure to fulfill the Governments requirement for this task. Competition would create a substantial duplication of cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition.
