Description

This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract and is not a request for competitive proposals. Naval Medical Research Center (NMRC) intends to solocit a proposal and enter into a contract with Mimotopes, Minneapolis, MN. The statutory authority for this sole source procurement is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) per FAR 6.302-1(c). The NAICs code for this action is 541711. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Service, NMRC requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). No award can be made unless the vendor is registered in SAM. For additional information and to register with the CCR/SAM and to be eligible to receive an award from this acquisition office, all offerors must have a DUN & Bradstreet Number. A DUN & Bradstreet number may be acquired free of charge by contacting Dun & Bradstreet on line at https://www.dnb.com/products/eupdate/requestOptions.html or by phone at (800) 333-0505.
