Description

This procurement is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). The VA Medical Center - Jacksonville Florida, 1536 N. Jefferson Street, Jacksonville, FL 32209, intends to solicit and negotiate for Valet Parking and Shuttle Services for patients and employees. Off-site parking location for valet-parked cars and providing shuttles is the responsibility of the contractor. Expected workload is approximately 250 vehicles per day, off-site parking should be able to accommodate 100-150 vehicles at a time. The issuing solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed Price, One Year Contract with two one-year options. The VA anticipates issuing a solicitation for this requirement on or about March 10, 2015 and will close April 10, 2015 at 16:00 ET. Questions must be submitted by March 31, 2015 at 16:00 ET and will be answered via Amendment on April 3, 2015. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. To be eligible for consideration, contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) data base at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The NAICS Code is 812930, and Size Standard $38.5 Million. Questions concerning this announcement should be directed to the Contracting Officer using the e-mail link provided.
