Terms and Conditions Vendor Questionnaire Vendor Acknowledgement Conflict of Interest This is a subcontracting opportunity with Education Management Corporation, not United States Department of Labor. Phoenix Job Corps Center is a federally funded education and vocation training program for youth between 16-24. Phoenix Job Corps Center is operated by Education Management Corporation. Phoenix Job Corps Center is interested in establishing a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Multi-use copy paper, must be color: white, a minimum of 20% recycle, 20 lb. and 92 brightness for approximately 25 case a month. Bidders should note that this agreement is an agreement with Education Management Corporation, the Phoenix Job Corps Center and not the with the Department of Labor. All bidders must be registered with sam.gov, submit your bids with the attached forms and a copy of company's W-9.
