Description

This solicitation is for a base year and four option periods for laboratory analysis services of environmental testing. The work includes but is not limited to, sample collection, sample transportation and sample testing. The pricing is to include all labor, materials, transportation, and overhead related to the ELIN Schedule. The work is to be based on a price list and the Government will order services directly from the contractor via credit card. This solicitation is considered to be a lowest price technically acceptable solicitation. Examples of the materials are mercury levels, ammonia, pH Levels, asbestos etc. If an excessive amount of offers are received the Government will evaluate the 5 lowest total prices. This solicitation is a Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 541380 with a size standard of $15,000,000. All Offerors must be registered with sam.gov in order to be eligible for award.
