Subcontracting opportunity for Clothing Consignment THIS IS A SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY The Carl D. Perkins Job Corps Center, operated by Horizons Youth Services for the Department of Labor, is seeking bids for Clothing Consignment. The period of performance is April 1, 2015 until March 31, 2016, with the possibility of two (2), six (6) month extensions.
