Attachment 3 - Non-Disclosure Agreement Form Attachment 2 - Vetting Process for Pre-Award Access to SSI Attachment 1 - SSI Best Practices Guide for Non-DHS Employees Industry Day Notification On January 15, 2015, the Department of Homeland Security and Transportation Security Administration (DHS/TSA) held a DHS Explosive Trace Detection Strategic Sourcing Ordering Vehicle (ETD-3) industry day. At that event, it was noted that a follow-on Industry Day would take place to present and discuss the TSA Desktop ETD Functional Requirements Document (FRD). It is expected that the TSA Desktop ETD will be solicited under Track 1. For a review of the Acquisition Strategy Industry Day slides and more information regarding Track 1, please see Announcement TSA_ETD3_Industry_Day_2015 provided at the link below. https://www.fbo.gov/index?s=opportunity&mode=form&id=008b00ca217c7618dca59b71ed2dfba7&tab=core&_cview=0 In an effort to collaborate and engage with stakeholders early and often during the procurement process and also as a means to promote idea sharing, the TSA Checkpoint Solutions and Integration Division (CSI) will host an industry engagement event to help improve and aid in the development of the next version of the TSA Desktop ETD FRD. The Industry Day will be held on Monday, April 27 and Tuesday April 28, 2015. For all detailed information regarding the Industry Day and instructions to register for the Industry Day, please see the attached document titled Industry Day Notification. Attendees must register via email to Ms. Sophia Woodward (Sophia.Woodward@tsa.dhs.gov) and Ms. Robyn Peters (Robyn.Peters@tsa.dhs.gov) no later than March 20, 2015 at 5:00pm Eastern Time.
