Description

The John D. Dingell VA Medical Center, 4646 John R, Detroit, MI. 48201 intends to solicit from only one source, Fredric Dichter, to provide services as an arbitrator for an April 2015 hearing. FAR Part 6.302-3(a)(2)(iii) authorizes sole source procurements, 'To acquire the services of an expert or neutral person for any current or anticipated litigation or dispute.'
