- This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because there is only one responsible source as this is a follow-on contract, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements (FAR 6.302-1). See posted J&A for further information. Under W91YU0-15-T-0115, Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Western Regional Contracting Office(WRCO), Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source award to BioMerieux, Inc., in the estimated amount of $90,917.82 for a base year plus two one-year option periods, for Testing Reagents Kits and maintenance and repair services at Raymond W. Bliss, Army Health Center (RWBAHC), Fort Huachuca, AZ. BioMerieux, Inc. has the proprietary rights as the OEM for all software, service, and maintenance for the Government Owned Equipment. This notice is not a request for quote and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions.
