- Description
- The above numbered solicitation is amended as set forth below. The hour and date specified for receipt of offers is NOT extended. All other terms and conditions of the Request for Proposals (RFP) remain unchanged. PURPOSE OF AMENDMENT: To answer additional questions related to the Solicitation. Question 1. Is the ISO 17025 a minimum requirement or an exact requirement for this SBIR Answer 1. If you are referring to the difference between ISO 9001:2008 and the ISO 17025 requirement mentioned in the SBIR solicitation, and whether compliance with ISO 9001:2008 is sufficient, It is our understanding that ISO 17025 goes much further than ISO 9001:2008 in ensuring the quality of a laboratory's work. Therefore, having ISO 9001:2008 is not sufficient to meet the standards of ISO 17025.
