Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA), VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS), Network Contracting Office SAO East 8, Admin Building #440 Suite 456 10 Casia Street San Juan, PR 00921-3201 intent to solicit offers and award one firm-fixed price contract on a competitive basis to provide subsistence bread for the in patients at the VA Caribbean Healthcare System. Applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code number 311812. This is a competitive Request for Quotel (RFQ), Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process. Award will be made to a responsible offeror on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors. QUESTIONS: shall be submitted in writing via e-mail attention to the Contract Specialist no later than March 16, 2015. VERBAL OR TELEPHONE INQUIRIES WON'T BE ACCEPTED. All responses will be answered and incorporated in to a written amendment to the solicitation, for the benefit of all interested offeror's. All interested offeror's shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database before submit their offer. Contractors are responsible for the accuracy of information added to SAM.
