- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. A determination by the Government on the method of competing this requirement has not been established. The Government will not award a contract based on this Sources Sought Notice, nor the information received, nor reimburse participants for the information they provide. NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD) is interested only in identifying interested and capable small businesses and receiving industry feedback to improve the acquisition process as part of the market research. FLCSD is seeking potential sources that are capable of providing following items: CLIN 0001 1 QTY GRP UNIT PLANAR VIDEO MATRIX DISPLAY WALL SYSTEM; APROX DIMENSION 16.6FT X 7.2FT TO INCLUDE DISPLAY, SWITCHES, CABLING, AND OTHER PERIPHERAL EQUIPMENT REQUIRED TO INTERFACE WITH EXISTING AUDIO SYSTEM, AND INSTALLATION/CONFIGURATION; BRAND-NAME OR EQUAL Delivery: 90 days After Date of Contract (ADC) Location: San Diego, CA 92147 Facility Classification: SECRET (i.e. contractor personnel require DOD Secret Clearance) More details and specifications (e.g. Salient Features) will be included in solicitation that is anticipated to be released by 18 March 2015. FLCSD reserves the right to determine if a SB set-aside is appropriate as well as one of the targeted social-economic programs (Women Owned, or HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, or 8(a) program) based on the responses to this notice and other pertinent information gathered. In order for the Government to make a determination, it is emphasized that all concerns provide sufficient written information to indicate their capacity and capability to successfully meet the requirement. If you are an interested, please provide the following information: 1) small business size category; 2) DUNS number and CAGE code; 3) demonstrate your companys ability and capacity to provide these items; and 5) include any past performance information on Government contracts of similar nature, size, scope and complexity. All interested parties should provide a Statement of Capability (no more than 10 pages). Electronic responses (i.e. email) are preferred and telephonic request for information will not be honored. No request for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. Responses are due no later than 12:00 noon PST 11MAR2015 to Mr. Isabelito M.
