- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE AG-02RC-S-15-0035 Three Rivers Ranger District Kootenai National Forest Idaho / Montana Acquisition Team MADGE CREEK ROAD STORAGE & DECOMMISSIONING. Work consists of removing road fill and culverts, and reconstructing channels at six stream crossings, removing ditch relief culverts, water barring, partial road recontouring, road decompaction, slash and duff placement. This watershed improvement project is intended to reduce existing and potential road-related sediment sources in Madge Creek. NOTE: Interested parties are encouraged to visit the worksite; no pre-award site visit is planned. To reach Madge Creek worksite, follow US Highway 2 east from Troy 2.4 miles to the junction of MT State Highway 56 (Bull River Road). Follow MT State Highway 56 approximately 9.9 miles to National Forest System (NFS) Road 691 (Camp Creek Road). The project is accessed from Road 691. Estimated Start Work Date: July 15, 2015. Anticipated Solicitation Issuance Date: April, 2015.
